Abroad & Away was founded to help hospitality brands communicate more clearly. In an industry where journeys are layered, fast-moving, and detail-driven, content needs to do real work: guiding customers, setting expectations, and building trust from the very first touchpoint.
With backgrounds across the maritime and hospitality industries, and experience inside global luxury and consumer brands, we understand how content functions in the real world. For the Royal Caribbean Group’s digital transformation, we led/supported content architecture and narrative systems across Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, and Azamara. Working alongside Innovation, we developed copy and frameworks for the app ecosystem, website, AI gaming features, digital signage, itinerary-specific onboard content, crew communications, and guest-facing touchpoints. Hannah has two decades of experience across luxury hospitality, cruise, fashion, and global consumer brands. Before founding Abroad & Away, she wrote for Elle, Condé Nast Traveller, The Daily Telegraph, and BBC, and held editorial positions at WGSN and Stylus. That magazine background—disciplined, specific, structured by thought—is what she brings to corporate content.
